Midnight Surprise Delivery runs from 11:30pm to 12:30am. It is a late-night handoff window, not a full-day service. The courier arrives during that hour, so the recipient should be awake, at home, and expecting a delivery, or someone at the address should be ready to receive it.

The midnight slot costs an extra Rs 1,200 on product pages. That fee is in addition to the bouquet price and any locality surcharge for the delivery area. Standard daytime delivery and evening sunset delivery are free on product pages, but midnight is a special late-night service, and the extra fee reflects that.

Which cities offer midnight delivery?

Midnight surprise delivery is available for eligible cities and dates, and the Delivery page lists midnight delivery for Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad and Rawalpindi. These are also the same-day cities, with a 5pm cutoff for same-day orders. For a midnight delivery, choose the city first, then check whether the midnight slot is shown for the date you want.

Faisalabad and Multan are advance-booking cities, with daytime and sunset delivery as the practical choices. Do not assume a midnight slot will be available there. If a late-night surprise matters, plan for one of the cities where midnight delivery is listed, and confirm the slot on the product page before you finish the order.

Do not assume the checkout form will ask for those details, because it does not. For same-day and midnight deliveries, the cancellation window is 1 hour. That is much shorter than the 24-hour cancellation window for standard deliveries. If your plans change, act quickly and contact the concierge team as soon as possible. The concierge team is available from 9am to 11pm daily, with midnight couriers running to 12:30am.
